The statement printing and mailing service provides EDDSON users with the ability to easily submit patient account statements to a printing and mailing service directly from the EDDSON Statements screen.
Applies to all submitted batches of less than 20 statements
Insurance payment and insurance adjustment processing are managed and reported directly in the EDDSON practice management software and include:
One-time set-up and implementation fee .
3.50% of the total of all insurance payments processed by CPP. Insurance payments processed by the user are billed at 1.75% of the total.
Insurance claim management and clean-up including:
2.50% of the total of all insurance collections during the service coverage period.
Insurance benefit confirmation service includes all associated data entry as well as an integrated EDDSON module that enables user to make IV requests quickly without the hassle of the paperwork and manual processes typically required. The EDDSON IV management screen enables users to instantly review IV request totals and results for any date range.
One-time set-up and implementation fee.
Insurance eligibility fees include a base monthly fee and a per verification fee based on the verification type as follows:
Subscriber information missing/invalid or patient does not have coverage.
Verification of eligibility and available coverage.
Basic plus coverage types/maximums, deductibles, and frequencies.
Code specific coverage details for up to 6 CDT codes.
For verifications requested to be completed in less than 3 business days.
Account management and patient billing services that includes:
Associated fees include a base monthly fee and a % of all “Net” collections as follows:
$6.00 for every $1,000 in net collections
This service is designed specifically to help new EDDSON offices that require data conversion from another practice management software application. Services include the updating of selected insurance plan information (including coverage information and carrier allowed amounts) as well as coverage/benefit verification for existing appointments for the 1st 30 days after conversion.
The Conversion Clean-up Package includes the following:

$7.00 per completed verification
$3.00 per verification attempt
